Welcome to Kherkkuts LLC. By booking a service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before scheduling your appointment.

2. Booking Policy

  • Services are available by appointment only.
     

  • Children under 6 years old will not be serviced.
     

  • Children 12 years and older are booked at adult rates.
     

  • By booking, you agree to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
     

 

3. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

  • Cancellations: Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations made before the day of your appointment are free of charge.
     

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to the day before your appointment. Reschedules will be placed on the next available day. Same-day reschedules are not allowed.
     

  • No-Show: All no-call/no-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
     

 

4. Payment Policy

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Cash App, Apple Cash, Apple Pay, and Card payments.
     

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
     

  • Once you confirm satisfaction, make payment, and leave the premises, no refunds will be issued.
     

 

5. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any contagious diseases, infections, or allergies before services begin.
     

  • If you select “none” under allergies, Kherkkuts LLC is not liable for any related reactions.
     

  • Kherkkuts LLC reserves the right to refuse service if a contagious condition is present.
     

  • Clients agree to maintain a respectful and clean environment while on the premises.
     

  • While every effort is made to ensure client safety, Kherkkuts LLC is not liable for any injuries unless directly caused by negligence.
     

 

6. Privacy & Media Consent

  • All client information is kept private and secure.
     

  • Your information will only be used for booking and necessary communication regarding your appointment.
     

  • Content (photos/videos) may only be posted with your prior consent to film or record.
     

 

7. Agreement

By booking an appointment with Kherkkuts LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
